Members of the team started knocking on doors across Hampton, Whitton and Heathfield and Ham and Petersham this month and will be delivering the Community Conversations project until May 2023. These areas include some of Richmond’s communities who are less likely to engage with local services and face health inequalities.
Residents who receive a visit are being encouraged to answer questions about their local community, what provision they would like to see changed or added in their local area, what services they have recently accessed and information about their health and wellbeing. Those taking part will also receive up to date information about services available in their local area.

For residents who are not home/unable to answer the door, the team will post through a ‘sorry we missed you’ postcard with information on how they can give feedback in their own time online.
