Your feedback makes a difference. We listen to what you have to say – things you like and things you don’t like – then use that to work out what we can do to improve.
Listening to feedback and working closely with diverse groups across the community also makes us more accountable for the services we provide. So, if we’re not doing something well, you have opportunities to tell us, and we can work together to make things better.

We know there are unjustifiable differences in health for people who experience health inequalities. To help us improve we want to listen to you to understand your life and the challenges you face. We focus our efforts on reaching the people with the greatest needs to understand how to improve their access to services.
