Heatwave: how to cope in hot weather

As well as being very hot, pollen and pollution levels are very high in London today. Where possible please stay indoors today and avoid exercising in the sun. If you have to go outside wear sun cream, drink lots of water and stay in the shade where possible. If you suffer from hay fever or have a respiratory condition like asthma please remember to take your medication.
