The app allows patients 24/7 access to a range of NHS services, like viewing their medical records and ordering prescriptions.
We want the NHS App to be the front door to primary care. With more patients using the app as their first point of call, this will help reduce demand on staff.
This campaign aligns with our other winter campaigns where we are aiming to reduce pressure on primary and urgent emergency care.
