About the meeting
South West London Integrated Care Partnership is a committee that took on statutory responsibilities from 1 July 2022 as part of South West London Integrated Care System. Integrated Care Systems are partnerships of organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services to improve the lives of people in their area.
There are two parts of the South West London Integrated Care System:
The Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) is a committee that brings the NHS together with other key partners, like local authorities, to develop a strategy to enable the Integrated Care System to improve health and wellbeing in its area.
The Integrated Care Board (ICB) is responsible for making sure that South West London NHS budget is used effectively and develops plans to improve people’s health, deliver higher quality care, and better value for money. The ICB will make the decisions about how health and care is planned and paid for locally.
Items for discussion at this inaugural meeting of the ICP will include a welcome from the Co-Chairs and a presentation on reducing health inequalities in South West London.
Questions
Members of the public were invited to submit questions to be asked at the meeting. If there are any questions which could not be responded to at the meeting, we will get in touch with a response as soon as possible afterwards.
