The London Care Record (LCR) has recently been piloted across three Integrated Care Boards in London to join up information across different care settings and support clinicians in delivering safer and more effective care to patients; reducing delays to treatment and a loss of precious hours in care delivery due to duplication of workload.
This virtual event is for care providers, care home managers and other health and care professionals involved in delivering residential or community health and care services. It will provide an overview of the LCR and initial feedback from the pilots, with lived experience provided by care homes and providers who took part.
