“We have some fantastic services, we have fantastic staff who work really, really hard for our local people. But actually there’s huge opportunity out there as well for us to make it better. To make it better for individuals, we can deliver better services, different services that will support people in different ways. We can only do that together as organisations, but also doing that in partnership with patients.
“When we did the vaccines through the covid response we worked with communities to find out how they wanted to access services and how we could support them in their daily lives. That will be what sets us apart, that collaboration not just between organisations but with our local people as well.”
